The rates shown are given and charged in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), deposits by card are taken in MAD. Tourist taxes are extra (see below under What's Extra).
 
The whole Riad rate is based on exclusive use of the Riad, with a maximum of 12 people in 6 rooms. Whole Riad reservations must be for a minimum of 3 nights.
 
Single person occupancy in room less 15%.
 
During certain busy periods of the year - March, April and May, September, October and November - we can only accept minimum three night stays. During Christmas and New Year period a minimum 5 night stay is required. We may vary these for a late booking where other bookings permit.
 
Sadly we cannot accept children under the age of 12, unless part of an exclusive whole Riad reservation, due to the nature of the surroundings in the Riad.

Booking policy

Deposit of 30% of total accommodation cost to secure reservation, payable by bank transfer (booker to pay all transfer costs), VISA or MasterCard. Balance of accommodation to be paid at Riad within 24 hours after arrival with at least 50% by cash and the balance by VISA or MasterCard. Payment for services by card or cash.

 

Cancellation policy

Before 21 days prior to arrival : Reimbursement of deposit with an administration charge of 600MAD as a cancellation fee. This will either be deducted from the deposit or charged separately to the card used for deposit.
21 days or less before arrival (28 days high season). Cancellation fee : 100 % of the total, unless we manage to re-let the room, in which case the 600MAD administration charge will apply. All requests for changes or cancellation must be in writing sent by email or fax.
