Whole riad rate based on maximum of 13 people in 6 rooms. Exclusive use of riad given for 4 or 5 room bookings also, please enquire for rates. Whole Riad reservations must be for a minimum of 3 nights.

Additional person in Carmin 600 dirhams per night.

Single person occupancy in room less 15%.

During certain busy periods of the year, March, April and May, September and October, only minimum three night stays will be accepted. During Christmas and New Year period minimum 5 night stay required. We may vary this for a late booking where other bookings permit.

Sadly we cannot accept children, unless part of an exclusive whole Riad reservation, due to the nature of the surroundings in the Riad.

Booking policy
Deposit of 30% of total accommodation cost to secure reservation, payable by bank transfer, VISA or MasterCard. Balance of accommodation to be paid at Riad within 24 hours after arrival by cash, VISA, MasterCard or Amex. Payment for services by card or cash.

Cancellation policy
Before 21 days prior arrival : Reimbursement of deposit with an administration charge of 600dhs as a cancellation fee. This will either be deducted from the deposit or charged separately to the card used for deposit.
Less than 21 day(s) before arrival (28 days high season). Cancellation fee : 100 % of the total.
All requests for changes or cancellation must be in writing sent by email or fax
